As I sit here in my big comfortable computer chair, I ponder on numerous subjects. I am thinking about the trip, my family, and my future. I am having one of those moments of solitude. Tomorrow will be exactly a week since we departed from New York. I sincerely miss not only the city, but as Courtney referred to us, my family.

Paul Weller - Live in Detroit. Im a bit behind in my posts, so Ill keep this one short. Paul Weller did a US tour, following his fall European tour, and I managed to see him live in Detroit at St Andrews Hall. Id seen Weller some years earlier at the Warfield in San Francisco and that was a good show. More than 10 years later, the Modfather is rocking harder than ever. His voice was in great shape, the band was tight and they also played a much broader range of songs.
